Please Review Our Policies & Procedures

1. Most importantly, be respectful of others, animals and the environment. You know… that whole do unto others thing.
   
   
2. A payment of 100% of reservation fee is required at time of booking. Advanced payments made over the internet are always paid by credit card. By providing a credit card number, you are authorizing Flat Creek Farms RV Resort to bill your credit card for the full amount of reservation, including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at time of departure.
   
   Service charges may apply for changes to this reservation. One change to this reservation is allowed without incurring a service charge; all subsequent changes will be charged $5.00 per change. Cancellations are subject to a minimum $10.00 cancellation fee. In addition, Cancellations made within three (3) days of scheduled check-in are subject to a penalty equal to one (1) day reservation fee. Please contact the property for Cancellations or to make any Changes to your reservation.
   
   
3. Respect the 15 mph speed limit as there are children on the premises.
   
   
4. Trash can be disposed of in the blue dumpster located near the back of the park near the entrance to the Scale House area.
   
   
5. Parking on any grass areas or stone work is NOT permitted. Broken sprinklers means dead grass and dead grass makes for unhappy campers. There is over flow parking located near the Scale House for excess vehicles, trailers, etc.
   
   
6. Please keep vehicles parked in the site designated to you, not in vacant sites. This also consists of not parking sideways to your camper or where you may be intruding on another guest’s space or blocking street traffic.
   
   
7. We ask that you do not place any furniture, door mats, rugs, etc. on the grass within the RV sites. Ya know… back to that whole dead grass, unhappy camper thing.
   
   
8. If having items mailed to you, the Lot # needs to be included in the address for proper delivery. There is a public mailbox located at the front entrance. We are not responsible for guest mail and do not disperse mail to sites.
   
   
9. Quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
   
   
10. Smoking is not permitted in any enclosed building. Please dispose of butts properly and not on the ground.
    
    
11. We are a pet friendly community, but Fido needs to be on a leash at all times with a human attached to the other end. Please don’t leave him tied up outside your camper.
    
    
12. Be mindful of where your pet chooses to potty and always clean up after they finish their business. Nothing makes for a grumpy camper more than a shoe in poo!
    
    
13. Please do not bring your furry friends into the buildings, including restrooms or laundry facilities.
    
    
14. Open-ground fires and fireworks are not permitted at Flat Creek Farms RV Resort.
    
    
15. Please keep BBQ pits and grills on gravel surfaces, not on the grass.
    
    
16. Laundry facilities are available near the Scale House. Please do not hang clothes lines at your site.
    
    
17. Men’s and Women’s restrooms/showers are also available. We appreciate your help in keeping these areas clean. If you notice any damages or untidiness, please contact the office.
    
    
18. Do not wash vehicles or trailers on site. Mud is right up there with dog poo.
    
    
19. For monthly customers, billing is due on the 1st of the month and payment will be considered past due on the 5th. A late fee of $25 will be added to your account at this time. For every day after that the balance is not paid in full an additional $5.00 will be added on.
    
    
20. Please notify the manager as soon as you know what date you intend to check out. If you are in need of assistance in the evening or on weekends, please call 254-662-9858.
    
    
21. Monthly payments can be handled in office, placed in the Deposit Box located at the Scale House or over the phone by calling 254-662-9858.
    
    
22. If any damages occur to Flat Creek Property during your stay, guest whose name is listed on the reservation is responsible and payment for damages will be deducted from the card on file.
